Law Help Ontario: Law Help Ontario provides information on school suspensions, from beginning through the appeal process. Law Help Ontario is a project of Pro Bono Law Ontario (PBLO). PBLO is the legal profession’s response to unmet civil legal needs. They have an Education Law Program that offers information for families and legal representation for those whose income does not exceed the financial eligibility cut-offs posted on their web site.
Child Advocacy Project (CAP): CAP is a free legal service for low-income children and families in Ontario who face challenges to their legal rights at school.
Justice for Children and Youth (JFCY): JFCY’s mandate is to provide legal information and make education materials more accessible to youth under the age of 18 in Ontario.

Legal Aid Ontario (LAO): Legal Aid Ontario gives low-income people access to a range of legal services tailored to meet their legal needs.
Consent and Capacity
Consent and Capacity Board: The Consent and Capacity Board is an independent body created by the Ontario government under the Health Care Consent Act.
Public Information Program: The CCB has developed a “Public Information Program;” an approximately one-hour long presentation provided by a CCB member or staff.
